Rental conditions

Rental includes bed linen & towels.
The charges are included in the room rate .
Your pets are allowed with an extra 30 € / week (5 € / day)
The apartment or house must be made clean . A cleaning fee is possible (optional ), 30 € . We warn the day before departure .
A deposit of 200 € is to deposit on arrival.
The weekend rental or mid- week is possible out during school holidays .
